Adam Cooke is a musician, humorist and journalist based in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, better known as “Cape Breton’s Front Porch.” He has released two albums of original Celtic/folk music and is working on his third, Ocean Playground. He is a columnist at Port Hawkesbury’s weekly newspaper, The Reporter, and contributes live reports twice a month to the Cape Breton edition of CBC Radio One’s Information Morning program.
